Tom is a voice-first, people-centred AI communication assistant designed for anyone whose inbox has out-grown human bandwidth. Unlike plug-ins that merely colour-code Gmail or mute Slack channels, Tom builds a live knowledge graph of the humans in your life—investors, customers, mum, the engineering team—then watches every channel (e-mail, WhatsApp, Slack, SMS) for messages tied to each of those people. When you pick up your phone—or your AirPods while walking the dog—Tom calls you with a briefing:

“Good morning, Monica. Three items need attention.
 • (Priority 5) Investor Alice: review the term-sheet change.
 • (Priority 3) Partner DevTeam: bug #1127 patch ready for QA.
 • (Priority 1) Mum: birthday photo, no reply needed.”

You answer naturally: “Accept Alice’s change, thank the devs, archive mum’s message.” Tom drafts or sends the replies, schedules follow-ups on your calendar, and sweeps the rest of the noise into neatly summarised digests.

The system follows four core principles:
1. Voice Briefing over Screen Grazing – One-minute calls replace the 26 average inbox checks per day, reclaiming hours of fractured focus.
2. Person-Centric Memory – Language, tone and urgency adapt to the individual: French warmth for your mother, formal Spanish for your accountant, concise bullet English for your co-founder.
3. Action-Only Inbox (Zero) – Every message is auto-labelled Now, Schedule, Delegate, or Archive. Nothing moulders undecided.
4. Feedback that Sticks – Tell Tom once: “Newsletters weekly, not daily.” He remembers forever—no repeat settings.

Behind the scenes, content stays encrypted at rest and processed in a private LLM enclave so that no human eyes—ours, OpenAI’s, or your ISP’s—see your mail.

Tom scales from a student wrangling club e-mails to a Series-A CEO fielding board decks. For every paid seat, a blind or visually-impaired user receives the accessibility plan for free—because saving minutes for you should grant independence to someone else.
