- Automated verification that submitted projects were built with Lovable
- A paid listing service for verified projects
3. Project Submission and Verification
When you submit a project, you agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful
- The project was genuinely built using Lovable
- You are the owner of the project or have authorization to submit it
- You provide a valid email address for communication purposes
We use automated detection to verify that submitted projects were built with Lovable. Only projects that pass this verification are eligible for listing. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or unpublish any submission at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Payment and Listing
Verified projects require a one-time payment to be listed on the directory. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to the following:
- Listing fee: A one-time fee is charged per project listing. The current price is displayed during the submission process.
- Payment processing: All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- What you receive: Upon successful payment, your project will be published on the directory, making it visible to our audience and indexed by search engines.
- No guaranteed outcomes: We do not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, leads, or visibility for your listed project.
5. Refund Policy
Because your project listing is published immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- A technical error prevented your project from being listed
- Your project was incorrectly verified and does not meet our listing criteria
- Duplicate charges occurred due to a payment processing error
To request a refund, contact us at hello@madewithlovable.com within 14 days of your payment.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of the content you submit (project name, description, URLs, images). By submitting a project, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content on the Website and related marketing channels (such as our newsletter and social media accounts).
Our content: The Website design, layout, code, logo, and editorial content are owned by Made with Lovable. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Website without prior written permission.
7. User Responsibilities
By using the Website, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit projects that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to circumvent the verification or payment process
- Interfere with the operation of the Website or its infrastructure
