Its purpose is to help a subscriber keep track of the most relevant new papers each week, without having to manually scan arXiv and many journal websites.
Each subscriber creates a personal profile by entering or uploading information about their mathematical research interests, for example a pasted LaTeX research description or a PDF of a paper, CV, or research statement. The subscriber also chooses the mathematical areas they want to follow, using arXiv-style subject codes such as AG, NT, RT, AP, PR, NA, etc. These selected fields act as a strict boundary: papers outside the chosen areas should not be selected.
Every Monday, the app gathers candidate papers from the previous Monday-to-Sunday period. The sources are arXiv categories chosen by the user and selected mathematics journals through ISSNs/Crossref. The app then uses AI to rank the candidates and selects the top 20 papers for that subscriber.
